In collaboration with the sales and administration department, the customer service/data entry coordinator will process and coordinate purchase orders of our corporate clients from beginning to end. This position is great for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and variety at work.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and process all incoming customer requests (phone and emails)

Receive and process all new orders
-
Create sales orders in our ERP Next
-
Open projects in ERP
-
Create work orders and assign to respective colleagues
-
Process clients deposits & credit card payments
-
Create Proforma invoices (when needed)

Obtain and validate shipping information form from clients
-
Prepare delivery notes (packing slips) and assign to shipping
-
When required, book transport and coordinate installation dates

Provide client with tracking numbers and shipping information

Invoice and close projects
-
All other tasks related to customer service
SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent computer skills – Office suite: Excel, word, power point, ERP systems

Strong administrative with attention to detail (data entry, order processing)

Speaks English (French an asset)

Time management/organization skills

Calm person who doesn’t get overwhelmed with multi-tasking

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, can easily identify priorities

A doer, prompt and efficient
EDUCATION
-
Vocational, DEP, Certificate, AEC, CEGEP in administration or sales or business or accountings or marketing; or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
-
3 years minimum work experience as a customer service and/or order entry position.

Knowledge of commercial millwork fabrication or experience with products and services of corporate manufacturers or distributors
