Quebec-based hardware and construction material chain Canac has 24 stores across the province offering a variety of products for homeowners and contractors. For its most recent build-outs, Canac partnered with SH Design-Build for custom millwork, shelving and metal ceiling clouds throughout the large retail spaces.

For this busy retail location, commercial grade materials were selected for long-term durability. Precision design and manufacturing of all the elements ensures a consistent look across all new Canac locations being built with SH as a partner over the coming years.

SH fabricated displays for the kitchen and bath, flooring and lighting departments, combining skilled engineering with design expertise for functional yet attractive merchandising elements. 

The custom millwork for the decorative plumbing area includes tub displays, vignettes, sink and faucet displays, rangehood displays and product display walls. SH used their expertise to fabricate durable walls that can easily support the weight of vanities, mirrors and other heavy products. The construction also for products to be changed with ease as styles and merchandising needs evolve.
